Today marks a turning point.
One where you see recycled thoughts as invitations to creating inner alignment. Where you acknowledge that having compassion for another’s suffering is not about making anything right or wrong, rather its about maintaining connection to your inner peace…
Your shadow is a gift.
I hear you...
it can be uncomfortable to acknowledge the ways you prefer sabotaging yourself out of what you say you want. And, it can be doubly uncomfortable if you feel helpless to shift this part of yourself.
And so..
receive this invitation and pause.
Breathe in knowing that you are not broken.
Hugging yourself from the inside...breathe out as you let go of any attachment to the misbelief that you somehow miss the mark.
What if the opportunity was less about damning procrastination, indecision, distraction or paralysis into elimination, rather relating to these parts of yourself into inclusion?
What if your preferred cocktail of self-sabotage was nothing more then feedback that something was out of alignment or an opportunity for deep healing was present?
These taboo, darker, all up in your shadow bits don't make you less than, in fact they complete you - they contribute to your wholeness.
When you choose to slow down enough to ask WHAT about your saboteur are you loving, then you simultaneously gift yourself the space to attune to a deeper desire. A desire to understand what makes you tick and an opportunity to dissolve any shame around misbeliefs or self-judgements you bought into about yourself.
Sometimes you have to go slow in order to go fast.
All parts of you - from your sunshine to the dark n’ stormy - have value and place in your process. And, when in harmony with this knowing, embracing the whole of you offers you the mojo needed to lay a pathway forward laced in FREEDOM.
You are destined to thrive.
Welcome Home, Bright One.

Jen
